Service Description
Personal Training sessions provide a more Interactive, hands-on, and skill-level specific experience for your player. Each session will be different, focusing on a mixture of Ball Handling, Footwork, Shooting, Finishing, and overall Skill Development. With a small group of up to 6 players, participants receive more face time, more reps, and increased accountability for accuracy. When players aren't training in person, they can continue to learn from Joshua and get more reps in with the Skilled Game App. Gain access to drills, workouts, and learning materials 24/7 in the Skilled Game Virtual Academy, available to Personal Training Clients at no extra cost!
